Digitonic is proud to announce and welcome Dael Links to the team as the company’s Social Messaging Operations Manager. As we continue to expand our product offering, we are growing our marketing team to keep up with demand.

Links will be responsible for driving forward Digitonic’s new Social Messaging channel that allows brands to communicate with customers and prospects via Facebook Messenger. With over 1.2bn Facebook Messenger users worldwide, Messenger is the perfect digital communication to reach customers. Messenger can be used to send rich media including images, video, and sound plus CTA buttons and embedded links into your audience’s Facebook Messenger inbox. Another powerful feature that Links will be promoting is integrating bot technology to create a two-way communications and sales journey.

Before joining the Digitonic team, Links was Co-Founder of a successful digital agency, Red Media UK. During his productive tenure, he directed all sales and business development efforts. Links will bring a wealth of digital marketing knowledge and experience with him to Digitonic, who are currently at the forefront of mobile marketing. Links holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business & Management from the University of Glasgow.

Speaking of his new position at Digitonic, Links announces, “I am thrilled to be part of the Digitonic team. My entire career has been spent in the technology industry and I look forward to continuing that tradition by providing “best of breed” mobile marketing solutions to current and future customers.”
