This year we celebrated our 7th birthday and are now averaging at more than 1 product launch per year and more importantly commercialising these platforms across numerous sectors. We’re proud to have an innovation team who are constantly pushing the boundaries of mobile technology to deliver the most effective solutions for our clients.

RMT

In 2012, our technical team pioneered the Rich Media Technology (RMT), the process of sending engaging, touchable experiences to smartphones via SMS. We have always strived to go beyond the traditional SMS and to give customers a better feel for the brands that we work with and RMT lets us deliver this, sending interactive, gamified content directly to users.

AMVS

Our award-winning AMVS product was launched in 2014 and is the ultimate mobile number validation tool, increasing efficiency and effectiveness of mobile marketing . AMVS allows us to connect to a number’s home network to identify whether a number is currently live, not active or roaming. To date AMVS has been used over 115 million times to save time and money by only contacting valid records that aren’t roaming.

mDoc

In 2015, it was our mission to go beyond Rich Media Text and offer an even better mobile user journey. Our in-house built mDoc technology is the latest in mobile messaging and we’re proud to say we are the only company in the UK to offer this unique mobile marketing solution. mDoc is the process of sending visual, audio and imagery plus message copy directly into the SMS inbox at a similar cost of a traditional SMS message. Our mDoc technology has delivered exceptional results for our clients including Renault, Audi, Toyota, Camelot and Paddy Power to name a few. Since its launch in 2016, it has been recognised for a number of awards including: The DADIs, DMA Awards, ScotlandIS Awards, The Marketing Society Awards and more.

Entr

In 2016, we launched Entr, a precise on-location analytics platform, letting venue owners and operators know who their customers are, how often they visit and how long they stay. With the increase in popularity of location-based marketing, we noticed a gap in the market to offer a better solution that would go beyond beacons and Bluetooth – both of which have their drawbacks. Entr only requires one simple sign up via Wi-Fi and every visit after is seamlessly captured, providing venues with invaluable customer data and insights.

Passona

In 2017, we updated our existing SMS messaging platform and launched Passona. The new platform makes sending SMS campaigns even more efficient and user-friendly. Passona provides full delivery reports and vanity URL tracking capabilities, making this a powerful tier 1 communication platform for generating great results.

Myriad Network

This year we launched the Myriad Network, a new way to drive regular engagement and conversion using Facebook Messenger platform as the backbone to a new kind of Ad Network. Tapping into Facebook Messenger’s 1 billion global users, our Myriad Network lets you maximise the value of your customers / Opt-Ins, delivering rich media content to help boost conversion rates. From our experience, Facebook Messenger is the perfect channel to provide two-way interactive experiences and personalised rich media.

Facebook Messenger

With over 1 billion Facebook users, Facebook Messenger is the ideal solution to create a user journey to fit your brand, whether you want to send updates to your customer or promote your latest product. Around 53% of customers are more likely to shop with a business that they can message directly and Digitonic offer brands the opportunity to improve CRM marketing and have two-way conversations with their customers using bots and plugins.

ARRAY

Data compliance is at the heart of what Digitonic do and we’re always implementing new compliance processes. In 2017, we developed and launched ARRAY, a powerful data upload portal and data customiser. ARRAY allows you to set up specific data requirements and invite companies to join data upload orders. The fully automated system examines the uploaded file checking formatting of all parameters set out in the order form. If the uploaded file does not meet the order, the file is rejected which removes room for manual error.
